  Delivery

  We currently deliver orders across Australia. Every LAIZO order is carefully prepared and dispatched with tracking where available.

  Tracking details will be sent to your email after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery carrier and busy promotional periods.

  Free standard shipping within Australia applies when two or more eligible T-shirts are purchased in the same order. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  Returns

  We want you to be happy with your LAIZO order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need to request a return.

  Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition. Custom-designed, personalised and final-sale products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

  Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the product has been inspected.
